Are dates with PIN codes firm

I got a postcard today with a PIN for 20% but it's dates through Dec 08.... We were hoping for the end of January. If I call do you think they can extend the 20% off or are they firm on that.

They are very firm. It is my understanding that they will not make exceptions in regards to PIN code dates.

They cant. The system will give them an error saying "invalid dates". Its not a "let me see what I can do for you" thing
