Are construction projects at WDW usually on schedule?

We will be at the CBR from 09/10/08 until 09/22/08. The main pool is scheduled to be completed 09/15/08. Historically speaking, regarding WDW projects, what are the chances that the project will be completed on time?

I think the odds are definitely with you that everything will be done on time. Disney runs a pretty tight ship, and they arent really in the business of OPUD (over promise under deliver.) My bet is that if they say it will be done by the 15th, then I wouldnt be suprised if it was done by Sept 1st...
