OK, I'm a newly transplanted yankee in FL searching for a butcher, and venture into one offering packages of...CHICKEN FEET. What does one do with chicken feet?? Can't imagine they'd even make a good broth...?
Now, I'm not a food snob - I'm adventurous and have tried rabbit, goat, pheasant, venison, wild boar and alligator - some of 'em were darn good! And I grew up with depression era "one-generation-removed" european parents who ate pig's feet, cow tongue and headcheese.
But...chicken feet!?!?!
