Are all the buildings at SSR completely Refurbished?

What is the latest update on the refurbs? Have they finished all the buildings at Saratoga Springs?

AFAIK, they are done. Thar said, they may still be working on the Carousel section, but if so, none of those villas would be available for occupancy right now - the entire section was /is being worked on at the same time. So if you stay SSR, it will be in a refurbished room.
