Are all DVC Rooms Conceirge/Club Level?

Hello, at Animal Kingdom on the levels where the DVC rooms are, there is concierge... is that the case for all resorts and DVC rooms? thanks!!

The only concierge offered to DVC for point stays is located at Jambo House, Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Not all DVC rooms at ALK Jambo House are concierge though.

DVC at Jambo House is located on the 5th and 6th floor.

Fifth floor is not concierge, 6th floor is and there are only 5 two bedroom lock offs.

When they built DVC at Grand Floridian they did not offer any concierge level rooms. It remains to be seen if they offer any at the Polynesian.

It's unlikely that DVC will do any new construction that includes Concierge Level. At AKV, they inherited the Concierge Lounge when the took over most of the 5th floor and all of the 6th of Jambo House and converted those hotel rooms into DVC units.

yeah, from a practical standpoint, virtually no DVC rooms are club level, so it's exactly opposite.

5 studios plus 5 1BR villas (some of which can be booked as 2BR villas) means very low availability.
