Disney resort pools heated? Until when?
What are the 3 top resort pools ? Thank you!!

All the pools are heated. I'm not sure if/when they shut off heating but the pools are always kept warm enough that you shouldn't get foot cramps or see your kids' lips turn blue, lol.

Top 3 Pools:
#1 Beach Club/Yacht Club Storm-along Bay
#2 Polynesian Volcano Pool
These are generally agreed upon though it is subjective

Third place is probably a toss-up between
Caribbean Beach, Boardwalk, Coronado, AKL, AoA, ahh... probably most of the other pools for one reason or another 😂

PS, we went swimming last month January in the afternoon with highs of 70/71f at Poly and Beach Club and both were very comfortable. There's always the hot tubs too!

Probably depends a lot on who you are traveling with and with kids, what ages.
We just got back from Coronado and my 7 yo and 5 yo just had a blast at the pool. It was warm enough for all of us and highs in the 70s.

Stormalong Bay is widely accepted as the "best pool" due to the lazy river, sand beach etc. But it is also one of the coldest ones in chilly weather because it is so big, it is harder to keep warm. It also is not the best for little kids as it has a lot of deeper areas and is very spread out.

Honestly, all of the deluxe resorts have very nice pools, with water slides and nice landscaping. The Poly Volcano pool is excellent. GF's pool has a waterfall and a view of the monorail going by. At the moderate level, CBR and Coronado have cool themes but lose points in my tally because they get more crowded with the large number of resort guests, and since you mention heated pools, that looooong walk back to the room at the moderates when you are cold and damp aint fun in colder weather.

I’ve stayed at the Poly in January when it was unseasonably cold and they closed the main pool and only the quiet pool was open. It was heated (you could see steam coming off the top). I was the crazy parent bundled up watching my kids swim like it was a day in the summer! 😀

We’ve been at SSR in February (last year right before COVID hit) and one day the pool was heated and next day it wasn’t. So I think it varies based on the temperature. It didn’t impact my kids swimming every single day!
