A couple of months ago, I called AirTran about our flights because I couldn't find my confirmation info. At that time, she said they'd sent us an email that our flights had been changed but we hadn't replied. So she told us what they were and asked if they were acceptable (they weren't) then she found us other flights that were. I got my new confirmation # and have been able to look up on their website and confirm but never got an email about the phone change we did (didn't worry about it since the change showe don the website). We leave in one week and I got an email today that the flights had been changed so, not happy, I check the email. Sure enough, this is the change email I should have been sent two months ago.
The "change" was to the flights their website was already showing we were on. That gives me a lot of confidence in the airline! LOL
