Are ADRs transferrable if I make entirely new resort reservation?

Kind of a complicated question...

I'm contemplating reserving a DVC room (through a non-Disney DVC rental service). I currently have a resort reservation at CBR, and my 180 day window opens tomorrow. I'm still planning to make my ADRs tomorrow to get what we want. But if we decide to go for the DVC room and then cancel our Disney room reservation at CBR, will it cancel out all of our ADRs along with it? Or will these still be in place?
