April Weight Loss Challenge - Let's "Spring" into Action!

Well, it was a crappy week so I'm happy with a maintain. Add together TOM, a sick hubby all weekend, a night in the ER with said DH and a couple of days trying to catch up on the lost sleep caused by the adventures with DH and I'm happy not to gain. Needless to say, in the midst of the off days, the eating wasn't great either and the energy for exercise was kaput. So, I'll stick with my 3/5 for now and count that good for the month if nothing else goes before Wed. Hope we have a lot of goal meeters/beaters out there!

ETA: Forgot to say, DH seems to be doing better. It looks like it's an ulcer so hopefully it will heal with meds as opposed to the surgery options we were facing with other possible diagnosis.
 
I weighed myself this morning and I have made my goal of 3/3 for April. I'm kind of surprised at myself to be honest.

Okay... I was gone to WDW for a while so I haven't posted the last two weeks here.... I was down another .6 before I left and I gained 1.4 while I was away, so I guess overall I am.....

ETA: I double checked my math and I actually gained 1.6... not 1.4. Oops!
 
Down 1.4 this morning, so that makes 4.6/8 for the month. Maybe I can get a little more off before Wednesday!!
 

Sorry I've been MIA.

So far this has been what my month has looked like. And I'm going to say I am not making my 10 pound weight loss. Which I am not all that disappointed, because I stayed under 190! And I have also started working out this month and stuck to it! I do feel skinnier!

Starting Weight: 188.4
Week 1: 189.2 (+.8 from beginning)
Week 2: 185.2 (-3.2 from beginning)
Week 3: 187.9 (-.5 from beginning) I don't know if this is correct because I weighed myself at my cousin's because I was staying there.
Week 4: 188.2 (-.2 from beginning) And I totally understand this because I ate junk all last week.
Final Weight: TBA

I down 1.3, so that's 4.1/5. I think that's that but maybe I'll weigh in tomorrow just to see. I'm really quite pleased. My goal the rest of the month, after the BL4 ended, was simply to maintain all that I accomplished. So nice surprise to hop on the dreaded scale:lmao: .

It looks like you've had quite the time since I've been off. Sorry to hear. But nice to hear that your DH is feeling better. Hope you both receive some good news.

Okay.... last weigh in for April and I have lost 1.4 of the 1.6 I gained in WDW! Yahoo! I won't make my goal for April, but at least I am still down overall.... pretty good considering I had an 8+ day vacation this month!

My total weightloss for the month of April is 4.2/7.0. I really try to make my goal, but my body is STUBBORN. Congrats to all the losers.
 
Sorry I haven't posted my loss (or the lack thereof :) ) for the month. For the month I'm only down 2 lbs. So at 2/8
 
Well, I ended where I was a couple of weeks ago 3/5. I'll make my goal again soon! Off to find May even if I am a little late...
