Spring is here and I know it's time for me to step it it up if I want to meet my summer goal. I would love some friends and support along the way.:goodvibes

I haven't quite made goal the last couple of months (okay, so not even close:rolleyes: ), but I have a newfound determination!
Things are looking up and I feel motivated!:yay:

I'm keeping it at 8 for this month, though I secretly hope it will be more.;)

Good for you Laura. Totally doable. I'm just a scaredy cat. And a little unmotivated this week.
 

10 yet again. Perhaps this time I will actually make it! :sad2: Two months in a row I have not come anywhere close. :sad1:

Well since you said, "help". Please, please don't diet. ;) Don't get in that cycle. (Ignore me if you were merely using that word for losing weight). I've already lost quite a bit and I eat fries, chocolate, pizza, gyros etc. etc. And lots of healthy food of course. Obviously, not in the same amount as in the past for the goodies. But don't diet Trish!

I'm in for April.... I didn't make March goal, but it was a lofty one.... obviously too lofty! I won't be so ambitious for April, especially since we are heading to the World! I plan on showing on minimal restraint, but I will come back with renewed motivation.

My goal for April is 5 lb. ...............P
