Anybody else going April 19th -April 23rd? It's vacation week here in New England, I was wondering how the crowds and weather would be? Any ideas from anyone....thank you

I'll be there My school district is off that week as well! I think it will be pretty crowded. We usually go that week , and it has always been pretty crowded, but definitely do-able. The weather is usually pretty good - I'm hoping for 80's after the winter we've had!!!

We will be there from April 18th-27th staying at POFQ! We have always gone that time of the year while I was growing up because it is my Birthday week..April 24 is my B-Day. The weather is perfect and the crowds never bothered me...it depends how close to Easter it is. I think it will be fine. Enjoy...I know we can't wait.

we are going that week as well. I think that as the week goes on it will get less and less busy. Most schools have their spring break aroung Easter, but this year the MA vacation is after Easter, since it is based on Patriots Day. Peak season ends on the 17th, and usually the crowds begin to get smaller after Easter, up until schools get out again. The weather should be wonderful and hopefully the crowds will not be there. Can't wait

We'll be at VWL from the 19th to 25th. Looks like lots of Massachusetts schools are on vacation. I know there will be quite a few student musicians at WDW that week, including the Jazz band from my son's high school. At least it's not part of Easter week! We've been often enough that we don't have to try to do it all to "get our money's worth". I'm just looking forward to warm temperatures and some relaxing by the pool!

Two years ago we stayed at the Swan. I had to drop off a rental over at the Car Care Canter and got a ride back to the Swan via the Car rental shuttle and the Driver from NewPort RI , retired , exclaimed how happy they were to see the after spring break crowd.
We found that the temp can vary because it is spring but swimable.

I'll be there Apr 20-27th, greenwich schools on vacation that week, even thou they are taking back some of the days do to snow, I hope tonights snow doesn't add to the snow days.

We currently have pop reservations, I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can use the code for POR.

We are going April 22-28, the only dates I could find around that time that DD could get off work and I could use my Skymiles. I was hoping all the spring breaks would be over by then but it looks like we will be catching the tail end of the last ones. Hoping that the crowds won't be too bad.

How funny. When I was planning my B-day trip, I was toying with the idea of going to Boston instead of WDW, but then my "disney freak" status made the decision for me.

From the previous posts it sounds like BOSTON will be coming to me at WDW! What do you know, two destinations for the price of one!

Hi! We will be there 4/18-5/1. We have gone several times late April and love the weather. Hot and sunny days but low humidity. Perfect weather for swimming. I think the crowds will be higher that first week but the second week should be good. I can't wait. It's snowing here right now and I can't wait for all that sunshine!

So we'll be in Orlando that week. Will be at BCV Apr 18-23, then off to RPR at Universal till the 25th. Hope the crowds are not too bad, I'm a bit worried about the early closings at MK on APR 22-24. I think MK will be a mad house on the Monday and Wednesday for Spectro and Wishes. Hope I'm wrong!

We will be there too starting off April 13th - April 16 @ HRH then heading over to CSR for the 16th & 17th and then checking into the BWV until the 21st of April....

April 20-28th. Trying not to think about crowds. We will do morning touring and relax for the rest of the day. Hope the weather is good. The averages sure look nice! Have a great trip everyone!

Yes, us too! DH and DS15 both will have a week off from school, so it's back to WDW for us for April 18 to 24th. We are hoping to bring a friend for DS15, too. I have never been during the Flower and Garden Show, so I'm excited about lots of Epcot time. DH and I have also scheduled a Backstage Safari Tour for AK on Monday.

I'll have my Passporter Holder, a DIS button, and my "Debbie" GOH badge on. Be sure to say "hi."

Oh, this time we're at Ft Wilderness.

Will be in the most Happiest and magical Place on Earth (besides my 6x8 cubicle) from April 20 thru 27. Hopefully crowds won't be too bad...appears that only Mass and Conn have school vacations that week. Went the past two years in late April and early May and the weather both years was unseasonabally (sp??) warm with temps in the mid to high 90's. Hopefully it won't be that hot since it takes a few days to acclimate to the heat and it wore the kids down sooner than expected. Mid 80's would be perfect!!!

We are going to be staying at POFQ 4/20 - 4/26. I'm concerned about the crowds because I've only been during "slow" times. We're just going to play it by ear and do what we can. If the crowds are too busy, we'll be at the pool! Never stayed on-site so we're very excited!! We are from Massachusetts, too!

Can't wait!

I will be there from April 15-26th! Maine schools are on vacation then also. Sounds like all of New England will be there. Hope the crowds aren't too horrendous!
