April or May GV availability for OKW

Okay! We were planning a BIG family get together December 2005. We just received a phone call and one military family will be getting orders and relocating at that time. So, we are moving the vacation up to end of April or May 2005.

We are into our 11 month booking window for that time frame already. Do you think it will be difficult to reserve a Grand Villa @ OKW? Are the resorts pretty full during that time frame? Are there any dates we should stay clear of (ie. Memorial Day Weekend)?

I will be calling Thursday or Friday to see what might be available. Thanks for any comments.

My guess is that early May will be your best shot. But with DVC, you never know. Ask for your first choice and see what happens! Good luck booking. It's wonderful that you'll get to be together before the family has to move!
