Is it smart to go to all the Disney parks in April to may? With all the closed attractions in Epcot and with the opening of Micky and Minnie runaway railway?

We are going end of May and going to all 4 parks! We go almost every year so we just got to what’s open! I say go to all 4, it is also Flower and Garden Festival!
