Up early and guess what
.the sun was shining so we headed off to Typhoon Lagoon for opening. We managed to get some nice seats in the shade for me and whilst I sat and read my book Alan went off to explore all the slides and swim in the wave pool. We got some yummy doughnuts for lunch, they were lovely and warm. After lunch we headed back to the boardwalk for a shower and change and then got the boat to MGM.
We brought some more pins and Alan brought a Binford key ring for a friend from the Home improvement show. We had an ice cream but didnt spend long here before we got the bus to the Transportation and Ticketing centre and then the ferry to the Magic Kingdom. We had never got the ferry to the MK before so this was a first for us.
When we got to MK we went on the Jungle Cruise and then walked straight in to Mickeys Philharmagic, I love this attraction. Guess which ride came next Buzz of course along with picking up a fass pass for later.
We had dinner at cosmic rays and after this I felt a little poorly so I rested on a bench for a little while before we headed off to the shop by stitch and picked up a pin for Alan.
We didnt enjoy the next ride on Buzz as we couldnt keep the car still and it kept moving as you were shooting a target and It wasnt even us doing it to sabotage each other LOL.
We did some shopping down Main Street and then got it all shipped back to our room. We went over to Pirates of the Caribbean and had another ride on this, in the shop Alan found a lovely POTC beer glass which he brought and had sent to the room too. We walked back to Main Street and walked pass the Aladdin ride is it just us that gets squirted by those blooming camels LOL. We went to the sweet shop and brought some fudge and tuxedo strawberrys and then found a place at the hug to watch for the last time Spectromagic and Wishes. We left after this and got the bus back to the Boardwalk.
