April Exercise Challenge-We're Not "Fool"in!!

135 minutes for me today
47 minutes on the TM for 3.3 miles,
78 minutes exercises/strength training

April 1602/1500

Gee, goal for me with a a few days to spare. WooHoo!

Have a terrific weekend!
 
45 minutes at the gym on Wednesday, 60 minutes getting 15 bags of mulch at Home Depot, loading the truck, unloading the truck, hauling it into the back yard. 50 minutes at the gym last night. That takes me up to 1270/950 -------- 3695/12000.

Okay, I was at WDW this past week and I did:
Five days with 60 minutes of walking

Today, I did 50 minutes on my treadmill to put me at:

800/1000
 
Another 102 minutes the last few days, so now I'm at 743/825. With 2 days to go (I'll be leaving for WDW after that), I'm 90% of the way there.

And I am so compulsive that I may well do the extra 25 minutes today just so I can reach goal! :rotfl2:
