April Exercise Challenge-We're Not "Fool"in!!

Hi

86 minutes for me tonight
46 on TM distance of 3.3 miles
40 for exercises/strength training

I tried a NEW DVD tonight, Marie Winsor Pilates. It was okay, but like exercising better using my "bean", I guess I am more used to that and it is easier on my back.

Only 50 min more to goal, and I'm planning more than that tomorrow! :sunny: Guessafter tomorrow's minutes I'll have to see how far over goal I can get.

I do want to say that the minutes I'm happiest about this month were this past Tuesday. DH & I went out on our bikes on a local trail we had not ridden before and we went 19 miles! It was the first time I'd gone that far and it felt really good to know that not only was I able to do it, but I was able to keep up my pace on the second half of the ride. It really feels good to see some results from all the minutes I've been putting in.

Only added 90 this week after several days of ugliness around here. After a couple of late nights with a sick DH and a night in the ER, I spent the next few days trying to catch up on sleep and find the energy to make it through the day let alone exercise. I learned last night that I should have made myself take a walk those days. I'll bet it would have helped. Yesterday was full of stress and my walk last night was just what the doctor ordered. I came back feeling 10x better than I had when I left. As for Dh, it looks like things will be okay as it seems to be an ulcer that meds are helping.

For now, I am 935/1200....4765/18000

Hoping to add lots of minutes this weekend while camping with some good hiking and walking.

45 minutes exercising/strength traiining

April 1467/1500 wow a week to go and I am almost there for the month total.

Ok, I was without a good working computer for a week so I didn't know how many calories I burned.
