I can't believe it is almost April! (Are your taxes done?????)

Spring is here and summer isn't far behind bringing shorts, tank tops, swimsuits and VACATIONS!!!! Commit to as many or as few minutes as you wish and report here (ie: I'm now at 242/500) and I will record. Feel free to join us at any time...this is YOUR journey!!

As for me, my numbers look huge, but I got my BodyBugg 3 weeks ago and I am logging what it considers to be 'moderate activity'. And that may change after my 'training' session later today.

Hopefully I will be more organized this month & update more frequently. 6 weeks of grading left....UGH!!! It is SO BORING, but the money is decent and I can surely endure for 6 more weeks.......

I'm in again this month. I think I'll bump it up to 1000 minutes. I've started doing 30 day shred plus 20 minutes of yoga most days so I should get that number no problem. Thanks for doing this again!

Okay.... I'll start small and say 500 minutes. I KNOW I could do more, but I'm gonna be conservative!.................P
 
Sign me up for 600 minutes in April. I think I will make my goal for March, so time to up the amount.

Okay, I stopped posting last month, and only made about 75% of my goal. Stumbling blocks were a mini vacation, and kids being out of school for a 2 week spring break.

I am in again for this month at 1000 minutes. I hope to make it this time.

My April goal is 1500 minutes.

pjlla - just post your minutes here, no PM is needed. Every week or so Julie will update post #1 to reflect our totals and how we are doing. To help Julie as you exercise and update your totals state them like this xxx(done)/xxx(monthly goal). So far for April you are 40/500. You can post every time you exercise or once every couple of days, what ever works for you. If you do not post daily you can include the minutes you do each day but always end each post with your current count xxx/xxx. This really helps Julie out.

Good luck pjlla. Keep moving and you will make your goal.
