OMG -- THAT'S IT???? That's your "top secret I know someone who knows someone who told me the news"???? All of this about Hawaii to Alaska to LA has been discussed to the max over the past couple of months. This is neither a surprise nor is it "off base" as far as guessing goes. This sample itinerary has been the top guessed one for months!

And yes, you have gone back more than once and doctored your original postings when someone doesn't agree or points out an error.
This all just reeks of another certain person who used to post here that he always had "insider information" and usually fell flat on his face (but would never admit when he was wrong).

Anyway, while it was requested that we let it go, this "reveal" just makes it seem like we were all played!

Further, nothing was doctored . . . and it wasn't several times. I did correct a MISTAKE in that post . . . sorry I am not perfect . . . if I made any other edits they were for spelling errors . . . the content was never changed . . .

What is wrong with you? Why are you all such angry people?

Having done a Hawaii cruise on RCI it was round trip with 15 from LA. So the Wonder can do that then do a special cruise from LA to Vancouver. Then do the same on the return am I close Buddy?

Bringing the game aspect back to this . . . DING DING DING!!!! (sort of)

"Repositioning" out of LA going to both Alaska and then Hawaii in the same cruise . . . everyone happy? I believe he said Wonder, which they are planning to keep permanently on the west coast . . . but that part I may be mistaken.

I just read this whole thread for this???:sad2:

I don't think alaska is part of the repositioning in 12 days unless the cruise is ending in Alaska instead of Vancouver or Seattle

LA to Hawaii is 4 sea days, plus however many days it cruises around Hawaii, plus FIVE sea days to Vancouver. The ship can't start in LA and end in Seattle, even with a stop in Ensenada, because it isn't a distant foreign port. I also doubt that Alaska is part of this cruise as that would make it a 19-night cruise at the minimum.

1. depart from LA
2. sea
3. sea
4. sea
5. sea
6. Honolulu
7. Hilo
8. sea
9. sea
10.sea
11. sea
12. sea
13.Vancouver
14. sea
15.Tracy Arm
16. Skagway
17. Juneau
18. Ketchikan
19. sea
20. Vancouver

I think it is 2 separate cruises one that does r/t Hawaii with a stop in Ensenada and then the one to Vancouver that can stop in Vancouver or Victoria.

Look at the 6 night itinerary to and from LA it stops in Victoria. I think That is what the ship is doing. Kinda like Sudoku you have to have all the numbers in the right spot!

Sailing round trip out of LA makes a lot more sense than LA to Vancouver to Hawaii to Alaska on one cruise. Of course I'd like to stay on board for another week and do Alaska too, but I don't thunk that's gonna happen. and if they don't include Kauai and Maui, that's a deal breaker.

It could certainly do a roundtrip to Hawaii first, as you suggested. Most roundtrip cruises spend at least 4 days in Hawaii, so someone needs to find the other two Hawaii ports! It just can't do a one-way from LA to Hawaii and let people disembark there, unless the cruise departs from Ensenada.

If you look at a map - the ship will either go to Hawaii on the way to and from Vancouver, or as two separate cruises, as Lexi suggested.

I know both Maui and Kona show nothing Kuai show an ISS special voyage which I think is the Wonder's port agent. If it did Asia it would make sense but if it is a r/t and only 3 ports not very smart as no other cruise line does that. My thought was that it was coming from Asia for the fall so you would get on in Hawaii enable you to come early and enjoy Oahu for a few days. But if it is r/t I might think longer.

WOW...reading through this thread has been like reading a good novel. It has many characters with definite personalities, love and what appears to be hate relationships, sibling rivalries and of course the many scoldings from the 'elders' sprinkled throughout!!! Who needs an e-reader when just coming to the Dis provides as good a read as anything....:cool1:

I think the BIG announcement will end up being a Fire and Ice offering and one that I would love to fit into my 2012 vacation plans.

I like many of you will keep my eyes and ears open for the DCL mouths to speak!!! Who cares about tax day when we have the BIG DCL day...plus a whole lot more fun than paying taxes!!!! tee hee!!!

Are we positive that this is "the day" Disney will announce summer 2012 special itineraries? :confused3

If it's going to be more than 12 nights, then my bet is still for LA to Hawaii first since Hilo is scheduled as of now for May 4. Then, based on my last itinerary, maybe there is a day of sailing the Inside Pasage before debarking in Vancouver, BC.

Boy, with more than 12 nights, I think this is going to be an expensive cruise for a family of 4 for the cheapest deluxe inside. We need the split bath as I will have a baby and a 5 yr old. Then, there is the airfare on top...........

I'm starting to worried that this is going to look like at least $7k-$8k include taxes and port fees...........And I was so hoping this will be our first Disney cruise............maybe I should look into the RCI Honolulu--Vancouver repo.......

I booked the April 2012 Radiance of the Seas 12-night Honolulu to Vancouver repo cruise. There are very few cabins left, and it is more than a year from now. I can see the Sept. 2012 Vancouver to Honolulu itinerary on RCI's web site, but it's a 10-night cruise, and the prices aren't out yet.
