it is my first time on the dream in April and i don't have my sister with me this year so i was wondering is any of you have any DDs aged 15 i could email so i could have a friendly face or someone i can talk to when i get up into the vibe

i'll be 16, almost 17 on the cruise and would love to have a friendly face as well! we could swap emails of facebook information via PMs to get to know each other before we sail. i met a lot of great friends on the disboards before my last cruise and it helped a lot in VIBE.

We're up to about 22 of us that will be getting bracelets. A few have indicated they wanted them but not how to get them to them. Please let me know if you'll be sending a check or if you wish to get them at the port so I know to how many to bring when we pack. They should arrive here Thursday and when they do I'll post a picture.

On previous boards as we approached the date of the cruise we started posting a picture of the day, basically a picture from a previous cruise. I'll start with two from our first Dream cruise. First DS on aquaduck

We watched some cool videos on Youtube of the Aquaduck at night. We are so excited this will be my DS's first cruise. Everytime a commercial comes on it reminds him and he get even more excited. We should have done this years ago.

We just got another round of winter with 3 inches of snow on the ground.
I sooo can't wait for sunshine, a tropical drink, and the sounds of the ocean waves lapping the side of the ship.

Has everyone received their cruise docs? Did they come by US Mail or UPS?I know they used to come via UPS, but not sure if that is still the case.

We have not got our docs yet.....starting to get worried!

Cathi - Yes, we got our docs on Friday. My parents' got theirs on Saturday. Ours came by US mail.

To post a pic. I hit the picture icon in tool bar and it pops up with pic address. I paste the Flickr address and hit enter( all on iPad)

I don't use the picture icon. I have my pictures on photobucket. Photobucket gives you something you can just cut and paste into a post. It is the http address surrounded by "

" (remove the quotes, I had to put them in so that the DIS editor didnt' think I had an image in there)
So all together it looks like this but you remove the quotes and add the full url:
