I'm bummed out, I have finish planning our trip and I have nothing else to do. I rebooked our room at the courtyard in cocoa beach for $111.A great deal on AAA site.

I am kind of torn about Nassau. I would like to go ashore to see what is there, and so that the kids can say that they have been there, but I am not thrilled with what I have been reading about the recent increase in crime. I would like to see what the straw market is all about, but after almost having my purse stolen in Aruba in a similar set up - I am leary about that as well. For those of you who have been there before, is it really that bad? I have heard the area outside the port building described as running the gauntlet. I am seriously giving some thought to just staying on the ship that day.

Hi there! We couldn't wait until April for our first cruise, so we booked last minute on the Wonder 1/17. We had a blast! I was also torn about Nassau, but in the afternoon on that port day, we decided to venture out. My husband, my dd6, dd2 and myself all walked the straw market for an hour or so. It was great! We were asked politely a few times if we needed a taxi, but when we said we were just walking around, the taxi drivers left us alone. The pushiest people were the women asking us if we wanted to get the girls' hair braided! But even they were easy to brush off. We went into several souvenier shops and to the Tortuga Rum Cake store. YUMMY! Dh also bought some rum and a Cuban cigar.

I am not the most adventurous person, so if I felt comfortable walking around the straw market, I'm sure 99% of folks would feel comfortable too. Don't bring a purse, and watch out for crazy drivers. That's my only advice.

We are already missing the boat and can't wait to get back in April!

Is anyone else interested in doing Fish Extenders? It is our first cruise and I think our family would really enjoy doing this.

Count us in for FE - DD loved it last year and still wears the bracelet that someone made. I totally sucked at the creativity last year for the FE - but now I've got good ideas for this year

Hi Everyone,
Since our original FE coordinator had to cancel sad1 I would be happy to collect the "info" we all need for fish extenders. Please private message me with the following info:
*The people in your stateroom including ages of any kids (i.e. DW, DH, DS-12, DD-7) If you are comfortable including first names, please do so.
*Your cabin number
*Also include if there are any special instructions, i.e. an allergy that may impact the types of FE gifts your family can receive

I think that is all the info we really need for FEs. We need to have a cut-off date to sign-up so those who are participating have time to plan. I'd like the cut-off date to be March 6th. That will give about a month to be ready. Hope that sounds reasonable to everyone.

Right now I think we've got about 6 families who've said they'd like to participate. PM me to make it "official:. We've got room for more! After everyone is "in"---I'll PM everyone the list including the info.

Let me know if I've forgotten anything!

I just wanted to check in and say Hello! We are also sailing on this cruise. It will be me, DH, and our two DDs (ages 7 and 8). It's starting to get close, and we are soooooooo excited.

I was wondering if any of you booked a GTY room got your cabin assignments yet?
Did anyone recieve a magical upgrade?
We sail the day you get back April 8th and I thought that if some got their cabin #'s yet mine would be along shortly

We have a lot of Princesses in this FE - We'll definately have to try to get the kids together for a quick meet and greet so they may have some 'familiar' faces in the clubs!

Once we get into March - time will fly by - we cannot wait!!!
