Oh today I was thisclose to skipping the workout. I just felt tired! But I talked to my mom and she reminded me how far I've come and that I only have a few days left. So I did it and I'm so glad! I really want to prove to myself that I can complete this 30 days and I only have 5 more to go. I'll keep working out after that, don't worry, but this was like a goal for myself and it's pushed me to work harder. YAY!!!! And reading all your posts make me realize that I'm not suffering alone, we're all suffering together!!![]()

That's the way!! I usually do mine early am but this morning had to take son to a rowing practice at 4:30am!! EEK! I was sooo tired this morning, just now finished it at 2pm...and it was really harder for me today because of being soo tired! All I could think of was that tomorrow I am DONE with level 2!!! So excited to change it up! That last series of shoulder work just about has me rolling over and crying UNCLE!
We're all LOSING fat together and GAINING muscle...both of which does nothing but help us all immensely in future goals!!
Where is everyone going from here? Ripped in 30 days? Yoga? I'll follow y'all whatever you plan to do, just need to keep it under 30 minutes...P90x was just too long and too annoying...
LOSING!! Tomorrow is weigh day for me, curious to see if I've kept a losing trend or my body is playing catch up with the big loss I had last week! Excitd nonetheless! Normally, I am dreading weigh day, now I can't WAIT!!!

May is my busy month as well. I may try some Ripped in 30 on my off days of running. I think I'll look for the video online & check it out tonight. I need to fit in yoga again, too. I have a dvd with two 20 minute routines and I love it. I may have to do it before work. It's so relaxing and my muscles feel so much better after yoga.
The people were just as they were when I was there, so genuine, friendly and nice...a lot has changed in 25 years but the people are still so happy to be there and the campus is so beautiful...we missed our transit bus and I convinced them all to walk into campus...what I 'remembered' as being just a 10 minute walk, was a 2 mile sprint to the center of campus...I think we walked over 5 miles today..I had a taco salad with mostly veggies and one single taco for dinner...missed my spinach smoothie...sooo tired and long day tomorrow!

But, I did it & I'm only a few days away from completing. I better start looking for new workout shoes as my reward for 30 days of hard work
