April 30 day shred

Had to much Easter candy today. :rolleyes2 Heavy cross training starts tomorrow.

I think taking measurements is a great idea. For me it's easier to stay motivated if I see some positive changes. Hopefully we will all see some changes in just 30 days.

Yea, I have to wear 2 of them at a time when I do 30DS ::yes::

We have no trip planned, sadly.
 
Okay you guys motivated me to order the DVD. It should be here tonight and I will plan on starting tonight too!
 

Need to still do my workout. Got sidetracked this morning when I witnessed an accident with a family from our school. Now I have an adrenaline headache.

Need to pick DS16 up at 4:30, then I will workout while dinner is cooking.
 
I keep wavering back and forth on ordering. About how long do you need each day to do it "right"? Is it all in front of the TV or is it also outside (running, walking, etc.)? Do I need any equipment like weights?

Sorry for such newbie questions!
 
WOW!! I just finished day 1 level 1 and my whole body is shaking!! This is going to be fun! haha! :rotfl2:

iheartjuppy...It is all done in front of the tv, you only need weights. If you have a hard floor you may want a mat or something for the floor work too. It was almost 30 minutes long and she works ya hard!! If you're ready to work out, I think you should go for it!!
 
Starting tonight!!!! I even tweeted and tagged Jillian Michaels in it, so I HAVE To do it -- even though I had no plans on skipping out.
 
Just did day one level one and I'm all tingling. I didn't use weights though I am going to wait til I'm a little stronger.
 
I made the mistake of skipping the workout on Easter day as we were visiting family. This morning's workout (Day 5 of level 1) was especially brutal. I will not skip another day! Not seeing any results yet (though it's too early really). I only have 5-10lbs to go so it may take a lot longer than 30 days to get those last pounds off.

We leave for Disney World in exactly seven weeks. Woohoo!
 
It was later than I wanted to do it, but before bed I did Day 1 Level 1! I'd prefer to have more of a rest between workouts, but I'm going to do Day 2 Level 1 this morning because I prefer getting it done earlier as a rule.

How is everyone else doing?
 
My legs are showing signs of a work out last night. Day 2 will be done after work tonite, here's hoping I can walk tomorrow
