I know - my last couple of cruises the roll call was extremely active.

At least this time though, there were still available Palo reservations when I checked in online - one bonus to not having 25% of the ship be full of DISers!

I'm sure as the cruise gets closer, we'll see more activity.

I found a great website! If you go to http://portcanaveralwebcam.com you can watch the ships leave the port in real time. The Dream currently leaves at 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Sundays. The Magic leaves Saturdays at 5:00. Other ships leave, too, but who cares? The camera zooms and does all kinds of shots as the ship passes. Of course, you can catch the ships pulling into port, too...I just don't know what time that is. You can watch it on smart phones, too, but it's slow.

I've updated the roll call to reflect that our cabin will be participating in the FE exchange. My mom's already starting on the hand made portion of our gift

After our last experience, we had said we wouldn't do it again but there's a part of me that can't see doing a DCL cruise and not doing the FE exchange .

Anyways, I'm kind of happy that we're a small group and in truth, I hope it doesn't go over the 12 cabin mark (last time we had 52 cabins and that was a lot of delivering in 4 days - and it kind of hurt that we gave to everyone and received less than 20 things back).

Anyways, I'm super excited about what we decided on but of course, I can't talk about it here! Just really happy to be doing the FE exchange again.

Closer to the date, I'll put together a separate post / list for the FE exchange.

Hi everyone! We are so excited to have started our online check in and excursion booking! I have a question about the cabana rental on castaway cay. Has anyone done this before?

We booked one - but I only booked it in my name (didn't click my entire family's names to add to it). Is this ok? I went back to try to add them, and it said there are no cabanas left to accommodate our party size - but I thought they were all the same size (for 6 people). Am I still good to go with the one I booked for myself? It's the same price as all the others.

Okay - all of our travel plans are complete! I've booked us Holiday Inns or Holiday Inn Expresses for the trip down and the trip home.

Still staying at AKLV the night before the cruise.

Anyone else finalized their travel plans? Where is everyone staying the night before the cruise?

Finally told the kids we're going on this one, too!
Kids are going with Gram and Pa (disney84).....

Same situation last year...but we surprised them as we were passing Jetty Park ...told them we were waving but were standing RIGHT BEHIND THEM!

No missing out on the first four hours of cruising this time..... No hiding out on Deck 4 during the sailaway!

TOTALLY count us in for FEs! Working on making one for me and DH and working on one for the kids to tie onto my parents' one!

Now....how to coordinate Rapunzel and Star Wars into the same FE.........
