Ian and I are free that day, but Saturdays - ALL Saturdays - before 2 p.m. are bad for David. He works until 1:00 or so when his office closes on Saturdays.

Are you really sure about meeting at Cheesecake Factory? I've never known it to be anything but crazy busy, especially on weekends. Well I have been to one a time or two in the middle of the week around 2:30/3:00 where it wasn't packed to the gills, but never on a weekend.

Most all places are finished with the lunch crowd by 2PM. Between 2 and 4ish resturants are pretty slow, Even in Southlake
Mike and I had a early dinner (3:30) this weekend in southlake and we were almost all alone execpt for 1 lone man at a table across from us.
We left around 5PM and 3 more groups had just arrived.
This was a very popular spot too...
The point? 2 PM is cool for me

Okay, here's the new plan:

I want to go ahead and get this next meet figured out, so let's get together at our usual meeting place of La Hacienda Ranch on June 17th at 3:00 p.m.

For those of you who have never been there, it's on 121 just south of Grapevine. I'll post another thread in a few minutes specifically about this meet, so y'all start posting on it, okay?

La Hacienda has always been terrific to us, the food is great, it has tons of seating, and most of us know how to get there. But everyone be thinking of other places for future meets, okay? The Texas Roadhouse where we just met was also a good place since they can easily move tables around and seat big groups .

Well crud. I was really hoping for something different, like the Cheesecake Factory. I have boycotted La Hacienda Ranch (and a few others) since it was reported they closed to "honor" the May 1st protests. So I guess you can count me out. I will make the next meet if you meet somewhere else. Take pictures for me.
