I sure hope this is how they run things in LA for us. But we were told in October 2011 that the Platinums could board as soon as we arrived and our adult kids, who are silver would have to board when their number came up. I so hope they have fixed that!!

.....Are they in the same cabin with you? That might make a difference. Ours were all in the same cabin. ALthough, On the WBPC last year, we were two cabins and all boarded together - gotta have that boarding photo!

One son was in our cabin, the other was in an adjoining cabin with his wife and baby. We were told they all four had to wait for their number to come up. But we just walked on as if it was OK since the terminal was empty by the time we got there anyway. Decided not to get the boarding photo--we usually look horrid that day. No, actually, I am the one who looks horrid.......

That sounds right, I wish I could even get the activity planner to come up. It will not and the web team can not fix it for whatever reason. I need to cancel my Maui excursions cause family will now be on the island and they said they can show us around. I will have to call now instead of doing it on my own. Not happy about that. Also not happy I can't even get a email activities scheduel.

For the folks who are participating in the FE and candy swaps, I am putting together a list of DIS name, person w/the food allergy (with age, if a child), cabin #, and the foods that they're allergic to. I hope this will help avoid any possible problems with cruisers receiving things they can't enjoy. Nope, not mine. I click on the little arrow next to the "A" and I get no drop down list of colors. I get nothing. So I can only type in black. How weird.

Thanks Jan, I always say.....when in doubt, reboot!!! Meaning if nothing else works, just reboot and see if that works. I will try it.

Nick does a wonderful job as a Shopper's Guide. He does NOT work for Disney; rather PPI Group. Search the Internet to find many dissatisfied cruisers -- The Port Shopper's Buyers Guarantee has many 'holes' when you actually need to use it.
Above all else, please beware of Royal Jewelers -- no matter how much Nick professes them to be the best location for shopping in Cabo San Lucas.
To date, they have been extremely uncooperative in processing a return of jewelery.....I know, who would be jewelery on a cruise anyway??? silly me.
If you happen to stop in, let Nick and Dinesh know there are more than one dissatisfied customer out there!

My amazing girlfriend (Halloween_gryl) managed to fill the room at Saratoga with balloons just before we sailed on the Fantasy and she propsed to me!!!! We are engaged!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!!

ok - back to inside voice....I also proposed to her while on the cruise - we had decided months ago that we both should propose - there are no rules for same gender couples so we are making it up as we go...and loving it!


now I have to leave her for 15 days for this amazing trip...we will be so sad to be apart, but are now SO excited to be planning our wedding!!!

(now I have to read almost 3 weeks of this thread....you guys have been pretty busy I am sure!!)

I just tried mine and it worked. Strange, it has all these days with "no activities planned". Little do they know.......
