Don't know if this has been posted yet, but just read on All Ears that Cars Land will be opening on June 15 at DCA! Do you think we will get a soft opening? We will be there May 14 .. How far in advance do they do soft openings? Don't know when I will get back to DL ?

Sorry to tell you this but it is not going to happen. It may open the week before June 15, but it will not open before CM previews and those will not be until June. So sorry.

When I realized this, I was happy as it's just my daughter and I cruising, so we will be better. We were on the Wonder last Mother's Day, and I got breakfast. from Beach Blanket Buffet, in Bed!

Then I realized that this will be a different Mother's day as it will be the first one without my Mom ... so if you see me walking around Ensenada on the last day of our cruise looking down in the dumps ... it won't be just because its the last day of our cruise.

On a side note ... my earrings from Hokey Donut arrived yesterday. Now just waiting to see what the Champagne Girls and Pirate ones are going to look like!

Lexa ... I thought about that too, but she had already mailed mine when I found out. I did let her know I was interested though!

Same thing happened to me. I didn't find out about the CG ones until too late and ordered before I heard. I got mine yesterday, too. Got the pink hibiscus Mickey ones and the DCL ones (so cute and I figure w/the pink ones I can wear them to CG if I don't get the others). What did you get?

Ditto for me...I got my earrings a few days ago...the same pink hibiscus and then I got the blue Mickeys head to wear with our shirts can't wait to see what she can come up with for CG's!

I found out in time so she's holding mine too. I got the DCL emblems, but a single not a double. I got the blue hibiscus Mickey ones and another pair of pink Mickey flower ones with three rows of beads on the bottom. I'm waiting to see what the Mickey's Champagne Girls one looks like. That's a total of four that I'm buying.

Changes made to FE today and that should be it. Still waiting on the no dis name son to email me,if I dont get a cabin or respnse then they can just be crossed off or you can cross them off now as they are only in one group anyway and ive emailed him twice with no response.
I had made maps and different sheets for the port meeting but corinna beat me to it so just print hers and I wont bother.

I got the orange hibiscus, surfboards, pink flowers and DCL logo ones... I also broke down and got the Tardis earrings! Love my Doctor Who!

I was going to just get them vest sets, but just for fun, I started looking at tuxes, and they aren't much more expensive than the vest suits. So, they will be having dinner in black tuxes with tails!.. I love tails!

I was a bit sad too when I realized it since it will be just DH & I on this one....but since we are doing wine tasting in Ensenada, it should still be a fun day! I do hope to chat on the phone a bit with my DS when I'm on shore that day.

We will be joining you on the wine tasting...We are leaving my Mother mainland, so I must remember to have something special sent to her that day!

If poker tournament will really be at the same time as CG and without knowing about how kids clubs will be open (open/secure times) I have nowhere to put my two kids....that means one of us will need to drop something.....

So, I'm thinking I should pick another date/time for this to ensure everyone who wants to participate can regardless of the kids' clubs. Heck - we'd be in the same boat!

Let me check with Corinna as to what days/times are open.

I guess I should let the fellas decide if they'd rather play on a sea day going over or coming back (or both!)

I still working on getting the shirts ready to ship. I have them all sorted and half way through packaging.

Assuming I can believe the size tags on the shirts, I find I do not have what Becky told me, twice, what would be in the box. I had to call Eeyorelvr10 and let her know I would be sending her $ back to her because I don't have an extra size Large shirt that I was told I would have.
