30 DAYS! Is anyone else excited???

Of course I can't pack until dh finishes the guest bathroom renovation so my 'staging area' in the bedroom is clear.

Yesterday, I printed the graphics for my magnets - one more thing to check off the list.

Very excited.

I'm comfortable enough to say that it is hard not to break into spontaneous dances, hand clapping, giggling, and spinning in circles.

How my DH wishes that I was kidding.

I see there are some people from MA and RI going on this cruise. Anyone from CT?

We are UCONN Women's Basketball fans and are rooting for our ladies to take home another championship since the men's team blew it. Come on girls- you can do it!!!!!!!!

If you have previously responded to me, you can totally ignore the following message. Please be aware that my list only includes those who have contacted me via FB or DISboard, since there were so many changes to the original spreadsheet.

To help Corinna put the mini-Navigator together, I volunteered to help gather information for a couple of sections:

1) Celebrations during the cruise. For this we would need DIS Name, first name(s), date and what is being celebrated.

2) Pages with pre- and post-cruise stays. For this we would need DIS name, first name(s), dates, and where people are staying.

I know there is some information on the DIS spreadsheet, but at this point I don't know how accurate that is, considering all the changes that have been made.

So please contact me if you would like your information to be included in the Hawaiian mini-Navigator. Thank you! (You can PM me if you are more comfortable with that.)

Are there any D23 members going to the D23 Day at The Walt Disney Studios and Archives? This is the first time I have had a chance to go to an event since it is on the day before the cruise and we will be in town. Has anyone been on a Studio or Archives tour before? Is it worth doing?

We are doing the tour, can't remember if it is the 1:00 or 1:30 tour. val

I tried to get my son, who lives in Mountain View,CA to buy some tickets,but he won't! He said " I have more chance to get hit by lightning driving my car than to win the lottery" But I said " yeah, but you can't have ANY chance until you buy a ticket!". He thinks I'm not too bright.

I have also had some interesting conversations with DH on what we would do with the money if we won. Congrats Lexa on finally getting your Docs !! Doesn't it seem so real now ? The one thing about not winning the lottery is I can honestly say is I won't even be upset if we don't win. I am going to Hawaii on DCL !!

I feel your pain Connie my Mom lives in Fla. and is disappointed she can't buy tickets. I told her she doesn't have to worry about it we will take good care of her.

Last year we wanted to go "home" to the country where I'm coming from, but then something came up and tickets were too high and we didn't go. I wanted to have a vacation and started to look at DCL cruises. My DH said at first...oh, that's for kids, I don't wanna go....let me tell you, after our first cruise last year on Magic, he is hooked and he was the one who convinced me to book this cruise to Hawaii while on of Magic.

Congrats on 43 years...we still have ways to go...we are celebrating our 9th anniversary on April 29th.....we started late, we are almost 46 and 47 and our kids are almost 7 and 8.

graham is easy. it is Old English and means from the gray home. It is also the name of a distinguished Scottish clan with a sugeested maening ofnwarlike.

In Hawaiian, MAKEKAU is warlike and HALE is home ...so from the gray home would be MAI KA HALE 'AHINAHINA.

Sorry, I cannot put thebmacrons over some vowels.

The Hawaiian alphabet has twleve letters...in case younwondered why some of the names were long in a translation. And the vowels are combined and paired along with a variety of pronunciations.

Corinna will be harder as it is not in my book. I'll need to research the meaning and comoare with my very limited knowledge of the language.....make that more like a guess!!!!
