Sorry never been on a maiden voyage. I am thinking about putting in a request for a mid-summer cruise to Alaska.

We got our cruise insurance through DCL. we plan to book a 10 night cruise on our April 08 cruise and recieve the discount. wondering if anyone knows when Disney has the 10 and 11 night cruises there will be a very big interest in our cruise after the 31st were sure also Mary emailing you our cabin number

It doesn't even have to be ON your birthday. Mike got the email a couple of days ago and his birthday isn't until February 2nd (yes, groundhog's day!) I think the coupon had an expiration date of 2/9.

I have a sad sad life.

Thank goodness for laptops and wireless networks. Our dishwasher has been acting funky lately. For awhile it would only run if I taped a wadded up paper towel by the latch. It wouldn't run unless there was that little bit of pressure on the latch part. Now it won't run unless I'm putting my weight into it. So, here I stand, in the kitchen, leaning full force into the dishwasher to get it to run.

Yes, I'm too cheap to get the dishwasher fixed right now. We did try to fix it ourselves b/c it's some sort of latch problem and we adjusted the latch.....which caused it to leak all over. If we make it tight enough to not leak, it won't run. If we make it loose enough to run, it leaks.

And....the homemade peanut butter cookies are over
<----------------------there....about 6 feet away. Not so far away that I can't smell them. I just can't REACH them! Oh, this is not fun!

you know...I have been wanting this cruise ever since I heard that Disney was going to offer cruises. I have been begging my DH since 1998 to go on one. He finally agreed, we are all booked, and I can't stop thinking about this cruise!! I swear, all day, every day, it's in the back of my mind! My DH is getting really tired of hearing about it. He says that once it gets closer he can get excited about it, but not now! I get butterflies in my stomach and I get teary eyed thinking about different aspects of this cruise! You guys are gonna think I'm nuts or something because I will be crying ALL.THE.TIME!

oh, don't get me started...just thinking about it makes me cry! We'll be in PC the night before so I won't have the luxury seeing the Magic as we come over the bridge, as I have read so many times. But we'll see her for the first time one way or another, and I'll cry...I am toying with the idea of getting up real early Saturday morning (not that I'll be able to sleep anyway) and going somewhere where I can see the Magic coming into port, by myself, so the others won't see me fall apart! And I can be alone with the Magic for a little while, just me and the Magic...alone...in the dark early morning light...as I shed a tear and whisper "I love you Magic, at last we get to meet"

It took two hours to get there and only 1 hr. 15 to get home.

I have to put 7 girls to bed.

I have a myspace too (only to check on the teenagers I know and who my dd should not hang out with). I'll tell you the myspace story later.

I have a signature now. DD must have made for me - I don't know.

did it rain Jen? It's been drizzling off and on all day here and we had quite a downpour late this evening! Build A Bear in downtown Disney is always fun but sooo crowded!

It did rain. I dislike Build a Bear. It is soooooo crowded and hot. I'll be happier and like it again in the morning.

Yes it did rain almost all the way home and I couldn't see the lines on the fwy.

Hopefully this time I really am going to bed, but I never turn the computer off.
