I am so excited! I am starting to pack for real this weekend. We are leaving a week from this coming sunday! hip hip horay! Ive got my Disney music downloaded for the drive and my books on tape too. Now if I can just keep everyone well and this a secret from the kids I will be in good shape.

Next Sunday we leave, can't wait. Haven't told DD almost 4 about the trip but I think she's smarter than we think. She's been telling people were going on a trip, LOL. So excited since this is our first Disney cruise.

Wanted to dump up our link since I had a hard time finding it.

I wanted to congratulate mcmommy77 and her family on their 5k today! I'm happy to see them do it as a family. I had my run today and ran with a little girl running her first race. My daughter rn with the rest of her scout troop. We had beautiful weather despite the little morning shower. I'm so excited to do the one at castaway cay!

We are leaving in 9 day!!! I'm getting excited and have to finish pack this week after I finally get my new carpet (what a nightmare that has been!). My FE and gifts are done. I'm making things for my kids for the car ride. It's still not reality to me but it's happening!

Does everyone just do their f/e gifts whenever they can or do we need to have assigned days or anything like that? Do we put our names on the gifts we are giving out or does it matter?
Also weren't there two young girls around 8 or 9 in two different cabins that were cheerleaders? Trying to find out which cabin that was.

You just hand them out when you get time, usually. It is optional whether or not you want to put your name on the gifts.

From what I remember, they will NOT be showing the same movies on the TV in our cabins. There will be disney movies showing, but not the ones currently in the theater and on funnel vision.

By this time next week, I should be in Florida!!!!!!!

I can't wait. We drive down on Monday, do the parks on Tuesday, and head to the ship on Wednesday. I am bummed that Test Track is closed, but stoked about everything else.

I am going to try to pick up some stick on name tags and a couple sharpies so we can do name tags at the meet-n-greet. Maybe we could but screen names and real names on them as we arive. Then we can get the group picture.

One of those would be mine, Mackenzie. We are in cabin 8548. The other girl is RRTMOMMY but I don't think they are signed up for FE. They are in room 5520 from looking at the meet and greet list. The hilarious thing is her and my daughter have the same name and their son is also Tyler...funny!! Didn't realize that until now.


Just getting things printed out,,if you did online check-in don't forget to print out and bring your Signature Form.

We are probably going to pass ours out on Nassau day. We did put a tag on ours but it's optional I think.

I am actually flying out bright and early in the morning. We are leaving from AZ to my brother in laws wedding in Florida (Amelia Island). After the wedding festivities, we head for the cruise! Can't wait!

You can take the pool towels with you on the islands. When you arrive at Castaway Cay, they actually pass the towels out as you are getting off and collect them as you get back on. Personally, the towels were fine on the boat. If you pack towels, that adds thickness to your suitcases!!
