April 23rd P&P Party Anyone?

My mom and I are taking my DD5 to the April 23rd Pirates and Princess Party...

Anyone else gonna be there? I can't wait!!

You know when I first heard my mom talking about this party that she wanted to do, I was like "We're going to pay them another $180 to go to a park we already have tickets to to do the same stuff we can do during the day? That doesn't sound like you at all, Mom!" She was like "Patti, come look at the website, they have special dance parties and meet & greets with princesses and pirates...it's gonna be lots of fun!"

Hold that thought mom...did you say pirates? as in cap'n jack?

Maybe this party is a good idea after all...lol

My will be dressed up as Belle to the hilt with her yellow ball gown and hair up with a little tiara that I found at WalMart yesterday...too cute!!

Just look for the Nanny, mom, belle the princess, and her 13 yr old guardian uncle... hehe

We always do the halloween party so I am definitely looking forward to this. I read that you should try to get to Capt Jack first thing or last...
We'll be among the sea of pirates! I'll have the 1 year old yelling Arrrrr...his brother taught him that!

I'm surprised that more people aren't going to be at this one! If you look at the other P&PP threads they each have a good 20 users saying they'll be there.

That will work out good for us though! Less people equals more space...lol

We have gotten him some pirate garb... but it has to look "cool" you know! He is afterall in 5th grade... a middler schooler!!!

We are looking forward to getting on all the rides without very much of a wait and seeing the parade and fireworks... should be a FUN night!

Try a local party store...they have got to have supplies for pirate birthday parties!

They probably have stuff like eye patches, parrots that clip onto your shoulder, hats, hooks, ect...

I know the IParty here in Manchester has tons of stuff like that all the time. You could also try craft stores, too.

We're offsite for most of the trip, then the last three days at WL--a little splurge. If you see a pair of boy/girl pirate twins, say hi!

I am pretty sure we are going. My husband, 2 1/2 year old daughter and myself. I was thinking that she may be too young for it but she really loves Cinderella and all the princesses. It's also our last night at Disney and would just be a great way to end the trip!
