My wife and I will be on this cruise. It will be our second Disney Cruise. First time on the Dream.

Very Excited. Taking 7 of us on our first cruise. (wife, 3 kids, and grandparents)

This is our first Disney Cruise and our first Cruise as a family. Kids are so excited! Daughter (8) and Son (4).
Surprising them with 2 days at Disney after - they have no idea at all.

we're doing the whole surprise thing as well. All they know is that we're going to visit Granny (who lives in Oklahoma). We'll see how long it takes for them to realize we're in florida, and where the limo is taking us to. The boys are 7, 5, and 2. =)

First time on Disney Cruise with me, DD (4), and Mother. So excited! I've been researching and see that there is an Fist extender that people do. Any one on this cruise doing that?

We are super excited too! We were on the Dream back in November and when we got back we talked it up so much my parents decided to go but didn't want to go alone so they surprised us with going back! We are on the ERAA dining rotation first seating so that we have more evening time! Our son is really excited to get to the kids club again too!

How did you find out your dinning rotation?

You can talk to your travel agent or call the Disney Cruise Line. We chose this rotation so that it puts the formal night in the Royal Palace dining room and we get two nights in the Animators Palet, one of those being the pirate night!

wait, there's a formal night? Thought that was on 5 night and longer cruises.... really not in the mood to buy 4 suites and three evening gowns....how 'minatory' is that?

and I think I might ask for that rotation as well. The animators palate is by far the dinning room I'm looking forward to the most.

My wife and I will be on the Dream for the second time, with our son (4) for the first time. We had that rotation when we sailed in May, and Animator's Palate is awesome on the Dream for Pirate Night! As for the formal night mentioned, it's an optional semi-formal if I remember correctly.

Ya, it's not really a "Formal Night" but rather a semi-formal I guess. Our last table mates wore shorts and t shirts that night. I wore a dress and my husband and son wore collered shirts so we could get a couple of nice family pics. But it's definitely not mandatory. It just seems to fit that you where something nice in "The Royal Palace".
