Also wondering if anybody is interested in a small FE group. It was ALOT of fun on our last cruise. Maybe not as big though. Just a single gift from your home town or state. Or maybe a small handcrafted item. Let me know and I'll put something together!![]()

An FE ( or fish extender ) is a small fish hook that is next to your stateroom door that Disney uses to leave you notes and other things. What we do is hang a small bag or cubby that we deliver a trinket or two from our home town or state and a small goodie or two into. It can come at any time when you get a chance during the cruise. Every time we went back to the room our son got excited to check to see if we had a delivery! It was ALOT of fun! Last time we had 16 rooms participate. That was ALOT and was alittle difficult to manage so a group of 10 or so would be better to cover.![]()

We've never been on a cruise before and we just absolutely love Disney. We thought this trip was going to be a perfect combination!! Disney fun and lots of relaxation. The only thing I'm super bummed about is we didn't get to book the brunch at Palo. We've heard fabulous things but when our turn came up to finally book things it was sold out.

Feel free to PM me!Wow, one week from today. Just wanted to say we too will be on this cruise. Our 4th Disney cruise, but first time on the Dream. It's my DH and myself, my DD and her DH, and our 2 granddaughters, 7 yo and 5 yo (she will actually will be 5 in May). This is the family's 2nd Disney cruise. We cruised the Wonder 18 months ago when the girls were 5 and 3. They loved it and can't wait to do it again. Sadly, the last time we cruised we never got to go to Castaway Cay, so we all have our fingers crossed. It was a big celebration then and included my other DD, her DH and their 2 yo to celebrate my retirement. We were all bummed about not getting to visit CC, so we are a little nervous that it might happen again. My GDDs loved the clubs last time and never wanted to leave. They never dined with us the last cruise and we were on the 2nd dining time. This time we asked for the 1st seating, so the girls will be dining with us this time. We are at WDW @ BLT 3 nights prior to the cruise (we leave this Thursday) and we will be at the BCV after the cruise for a variety of different timeframes.

So you are allowed to decorate your own door? How do you do that/what kinds of things do you plan to put up? that sounds like something my girls would have fun doing. Any suggestions welcome, thanks!Hey guys sorry I haven't been near a computer to respond to you. We have been out at a couple of out of town races. Sorry we couldn't get an FE put together but we are still excited to decorate our door anyways! We can't believe it's a week away!!! Castaway Cay here we come![]()
Yes you can decorate your door. The only rules are no tape or glue. Magnets only! We went to Office Depot and got magnetic sheets and printed pics and drawings to put up on our door! The room number plaque makes a great Mickey head just add ears! We also went to our local craft store and made magnets from lots of things! Our room number is 7880 come by and check it out! PM me your room number and you might come back to your room to a surprise or two! It's amazing how Tink gets around!
You may find a thing or two from us as well!
