April 2015 ?

Am I the only one wanting an official April 2015 thread? Or am I just the only one corny enough to want to talk about Disney over a year in advance? Either way, it's been almost a year since our last trip and I am DYING to get back. If I could just get to the end of the summer so that I can book and really start planning, I'd be happy I'm not even sure that even though we are Disney regulars I am fully updated on what's new in DW as I hate talking about or looking at anything Disney when I'm not planning a trip because it makes me so sad.

Heh. Not so corny. We have our dream trip for June '15 already "imagined". It makes us happy to think that far in advance.

But it's also good to have a closer trip, no doubt about it.

We just went a month ago so I have the Disney blues. Only planning another trip could make me feel better!

It will be my husband, 5 year old son, sis, BIL and my parents. Yay!

We are thinking of renting DVC points. Anyone else done this before?

We're planning for April 2015 too! I haven't been in 17 years and my DH and kids have never been. Thank goodness for DISboards - I've learned a ton! I'm currently obsessing (happily) over resorts... I really want their first trip to be magical and impressive!

June 2015 here too...haven't been since 2011. I ordered the planning DVD, and DH was mad about FP+
He was also upset about Poly construction as we have always dreamed of staying there...probably going to rent points for VGF or BCV (I am looking around June 18-26/27)

I really want this trip to be great because if it does not live up to previous, DH might not want to go back.

My DD has been planning an April 2015 WDW trip since she was pregnant with her DS. He will turn 3 in June '15 so this will be the last chance to not have to buy him a ticket to the parks. And Spring vacation will not coincide with Easter that year, so we're hoping there will be discounts available. DD is a teacher so we don't have a lot of choice with timing.

I will be going with them - DD, DSiL (probably) and DGS. We will stay in 2 rooms, hopefully adjoining. If DSiL doesn't come we will be in just 1 room. My preference is POR or POFQ but DD has talked about CBR.

I'll be doing a solo trip in Nov. but the trip with DGS with be great fun. The 4 of us went to Disney when he was 13 months but this will be even better.

It is on my mind but not for a park visit just a 1 night visit so I will see what prices are at that point and how I am getting to/from Florida.

My sister moved to FL so we now have a "vacation" home about 10 min from sanibel.

We drive last April and this April we are taking the autotrain. It was cheaper then any flights I could find when I started to look.

I thought about attempting a night this April but it would be Easter eve and there is no way I am paying those prices. I really just wanted to stay at the BC so the kids could swim in the pool because I won't stay there for a Disney trip...I need the monorail!

But next April I will look again. Our vacation starts on Good Friday so I will see what the following Saturday night has for a price. I am sure it will be more then I want but I will look. Plus I need to figure out if we are going to fly, drive or take the autotrain...again that comes down to money.

With both of my pregnancies, I started planning a pre-3 year old trip. This one will also be a pre-10 year old trip for the oldest AND a pre-family of 5 (we already have 5 but one of the twins won't count)...last chance to "save" money :lol

I'm in! Planning our first major family vacation with our DS who will be 4 when we take him in April 2015. DH and I haven't been to WDW or on a vacation longer than 3-4 days since our honeymoon in 2009!


Hoping to stay at POR and the mid-end of April depending on the little guys Tee Ball schedule! Wish we were going tomorrow but our money tree in the back yard is bare lol!

We're in too! We just got back a few weeks ago, but next year we cannot take our DS out of school for as many days so it looks like we will be there with everyone else on spring break! I think we are looking at BLT in a studio this time or WL again.

Hoping for Easter weekend. Not looking forward to Holiday weekend but we have a Dream cruise scheduled for April 6th. I want to book POP early since I do not think there will be any discounts.

We are!! We are planning on either staying at the Boardwalk or Beach Club and then doing a 3 day Dream cruise.

We are also planning for 6/2/15-6/16/15! We are a family of 6 and its a graduation gift for my DS....Possibley doing a split stay, off-site then on-site at CBR.....

Not too early. We are beginning planning for late May 2015! With all of the changes I think I will need the time.

This is awesome!!! I thought I was the only nut planning for next year. Looking the week after Easter for arrival but may postpone to mid May. Don't know if the crowds will still be heavy that close to Easter week. Any thoughts??
