My mom and I will be at POR 4/28 - 5/4 for the Flower & Garden Festival!

47 days!!! The wait is KILLING ME!! I have nothing to plan this trip! This will be my 3rd stay at this resort, my 3rd time at the festival, and I've made my 2 dining reservations and 1 tour reservation. I have nothing to research or plan so the time is DRAGGING!!

Newbie here, first post. My countdown is 31 days (departing my home for the long drive) - I'll be actually at the Port Orleans Riverside in 33 days.

It's my 7th visit to WDW, but my sister's first. We're pretty excited to show her the fun.

ADR's are booked, package came in the mail over the weekend, couple little tweeks to do and I'm ready.

3 Generations traveling on this trip . . . my mom, me & my daughter. Planning to "Pick a Pearl" in Japan on day 1, so excited.

Our journey (road trip from IL to FL) begins 4 weeks from tonight, arriving at POR on April 15th, in the parks on the 16th. We plan on hitting up Downtown Disney on the 15th after we check in, since we'll be arriving in the afternoon. It's a good time to get any shopping done so that we don't need to waste time doing that for the other 4 days we're there in the parks. There's just too much to see in the parks!

Got our Magic Express Package in the mail yesterday!! 25 more days for us!!!

Im a little annoyed that our flight info on the package says "no flight info given" even though I gave it, and called twice to ensure they had it since it said "no flight info given" on our reservation online too and assured that it was indeed in the system. but as long as they have our arrival and departure days listed Im not going to let it worry me.

We are 17 days away! The planning has been completed for some time now and I have a question. Does anyone else feel a bit strange having nothing left to do but wait? Of course there is the packing, but we do that as a team the last few days prior to the trip, so I’m in trip limbo. We have our lists and our “Disney box” of things we need for the trip, but don’t use in the “real world” like ponchos (we live in the Phoenix area). I try not to worry about the little things such as “I hope I don’t break anything playing baseball and softball these next two weeks or I hope our son doesn’t get sick or…or…or… I need to switch to decaf.

We choose the Poly because we know we can relax (yes, this is possible on a WDW trip with a 4 yo) and have a great trip, so I will spend my 17 days thinking about seeing the parks through his eyes once again…truly magical.

Does anyone else feel a bit strange having nothing left to do but wait?

I feel like I'm in the Twilight Zone, and not the Tower....
We have an extended family trip coming up, but to look at anyone but me, you'd never know it. There's no planning, no preparing, no packing, no plotting. We have the rooms and ADRs done, but that's all. We got our Mickey Mail LAST WEEK, and I only found out about it because I was going through a pile of mail on the table.
The 22nd can't get here fast enough. I need a beach, an umbrella drink, and Radio Margaritaville. It's only a few degrees change, but I'll take what I can get.
