I am planning a 7 night land sea adventure for april3, 2005. I have done some pricing and have discovered Disney web site offers the same price as an agency ie. AAA. What are the advantages/disadvantages to booking directly through disney vs an agency?
Also, what is every ones opinion about traveling in April is this a good choose?
Thank you all for any help and/or suggestions.

If you belong to Costco or Sam's Club, try calling their travel agencies to get a quote. My June 2005 CA Disney Cruise was about $400 cheaper with Costco Travel than booking with Disney or any other Travel Agency I could find.

I can't help you with the rest of your questions, sorry. I'm sure someone else will though! :hyper:

Thanks for the info I will try that today!!!!!!!!

The biggest disadvantage of having a TA is if you want to make any changes to your reservation. If you call DCL directly, they won't speak to you about it, you have to go through your TA for everything. They have to do all the talking with DCL. So if you see anything on these boards, for instance, and want to find out about it, you have to go directly to your TA. And then they have to make the call to DCL and you have to wait for the answer. So if you don't mind having a go between person, then go with the TA. I guess I just don't see the benefit of using one myself. But then again, I like to have full control over all my ressies, so I make them myself.
