April 16 2005? Eastern Magic? 4/16/05

Hi Guys -

This is my family's first cruise. We are all very excited. We are in a category 9 room and flying out on Friday in hopes of arriving at the ship early on Saturday. Any helpful hints and advice would be appreciated.

Welcome abroad!! This board is full of good information so ask away if you have any questions. I'm sailing with DH, DD11 and DS7 and this is our 2nd DCL. We are so looking forward to getting away from the miserable NE winter. I went shopping this past weekend and picked up new bathing suits and shorts for the kids. Didn't buy any tops figuring we'll be buying T-shirts while we're at WDW and ports.

Sue- I went clothes shopping this past weekend (still looking for a bathingsuit) and I got the suitcases out.
At least it didn't snow like forecasted on Sunday.

Okay, I got the suitcases out and so far I have the passports in there and some left over WDW park tickets. We plan to get in two days at the parks before the cruise. I hung our formal outfits aside too. They still fit!!

Yeah! we are getting ready to pack too! Formal wear is ready and getting out the summer t-shirts & shorts. I hope the weather is nice and warm we have been in the low 70's here in San Diego.

Hope everyone is healthy & well! My dd & I are leaving for Disneyland tomorrow to celebrate her getting all A's in school this semester

We are flying out on Friday from Alb Co Airport also. It's Me DW, DD8, DS6 DFinL and DMinL. Where are you staying and when are you flying? We are flying USair at 6pm and staying at the Hyatt. Probably see you on the bus as we are planning on leaving early too.

Hi all!

Well my cat had her kittens just a little while ago! What a relief as I thought she might have them after we leave 4/14. My ds, 3yrs, was able to see the kittens born and he was so amazed!!

Okay...the kittens born this morning and now a knock on the door from the UPS guy!! I got my travel documents!! This turned out to be a great day!!

We are ready to go!! we leave San Diego on the 14th and stay at Embassy Suites that night and drive to Cocoa Beach and stay at the Radisson before the cruise!!
