That's a great rate for that week! Unfortunately I need to wait until the day before Easter to fly out, and from JFK or LGA, flights are over $850 PER PERSON!!! Not sure if I should wait it out or book tix from Hartford...

I am seeing stuff in the high 300s on American for your dates. Orbitz and Expedia don't display AAs fares anymore, which is why I use kayak.

Thanks so much, I found American from JFK for $369 each. Wondering if JetBlue and Southwest will be cheaper once dates are released???

Maybe... I have found lately that JetBlue is rarely cheaper for the heavy travel periods anymore. Southwest its possible it may be cheaper, but probably not significantly so, although the baggage fees may make it a better choice.

Where on the Island are you? Hartford is a long drive for me at least.

I'm in Floral Park...hubby said Hartford is about 2 1/2 hours away. Definitely an option. Where are you, Chris?

Had a LOL looking at the FE list today.. I saw that Jenbessy had room 7066 and thought that it was my room I looked up my room and I am directly across from her with only the 3 inside rooms seperating us. Needless to say, She will be getting her FE gifts first..LOL

hey you all!! hope all is well...I'm getting more excited for my oct trip now..but not have forgetten about this one. I was just thinking this morning of all the pictures I want to take when I'm on the Dream, so my plans for this trip is to buy a SLR camera by Christmas so I can have enough time to practice and mess with it. I would be so annoyed if I couldn't get the quality pictures on this trip. I am also considering...not sure yet..but since this trip is both my boys bdays buying the Picture CD, I just amazed at the Prices I saw for the Shutters CD. Normally I do pictures for their birthdays anyway so I can kill two birds with one stone/one photographer...what I don't know if they will let me use a prop for the pictures. I normally have an item my child has been attached to in the picture. So again, I might budget for it and then decide when we are on board.

No, not at all. If you have an idea, then go with it. Last time that I did this it was a week before we went because I never knew about it. It is so fun.

I too cant wait.. We sailed the Dream this past April and absolutely LOVED it..Our rooms are right by the elevators so it makes it real easy to come and go as well. ( I specifically booked this area because we loved not having to walk far after getting off the elevator..) The FE's were awesome to come back to and I have already started on mine.. Only 10 months to go..
