Just a quick question, is it possible to get appetizers/small plates at the outdoor bar at the Boathouse? Not the patio seating but the actual outdoor bar....

Boathouse will gladly take your money wherever you are seated.

Yes, full menu available at the dockside bar. Hot items they bring out wrapped in foil so it stays hot on the walk out (removed before serving). It’s a great spot. Enjoy!
