Approved outside photographers for DL

Just wondering if anyone knows if any outside photographers have been approved to shoot in DL (family portrait/engagement shoots not weddings)?

Disneyland doesn't seem to be as strict about this as they are at the Magic Kingdom. Many of our local photographers take engagements and other professional portraits inside Disneyland and California Adventure. You just can't wear your wedding clothes inside the park.

woo hoo I was hoping that might be the case I would love to organise Heidi Ryder for family photos in the park
