Approaching fast pass booking day, help!

Hi there.. I was wondering how you personally figure out your schedule for fast pass rides? It was difficult enough for me to pick out restaurants in advance as we are more "go with the flow" people on vacation. With that said, I'd like to have a good touring plan for our peak summer (crowds) trip but I was wondering what the best method is for figuring out fast pass rides/dates. I think we already have our dates narrowed down due to restaurant reservations... so should I just go to my touring plans website and start building dates? Any other advice?

Thanks so much, I'm so intimidated as we are fast approaching our booking day! I know things can be adjusted, but I'm still overwhelmed as I want us to have a great trip
