It was so weird how it ended. I'm glad Brandy won but it just seemed weird. It didn't show Clint making any mistakes at all, expect for the Ya'll thing. Just seemed like a really weird ending.

Maybe that is the reason that ratings for the show have been steadily going down?

what was new to me was the "Clint, You're fired!"
I cannot recall a finale where the Donald actually fired a contestant, he usually just say's "You're hired" to the winner. Clint looked shell-shocked, I think he thought it was his due to the gift mess that happened to Brandy's team.
However, I would have chuckled if The Donald said, "Clint, Y'ALL are fired!"
Brandy scored when she did the whole next generation thing and mentioned ALL the kids ( except Baron) first one to use that angle, genious really. showed future thinking not just repetetive as Clint did for the usual head a new Trump property. Also, I think Clint stating all his "titles" was almost too much, all that education, skill, but unfortunately not working or running his own business...I know so many are out of work due to matters out of their control, but Clint seemesd to have the most to work with. Hopefully, the Trump organization will find a place for Clint as they did with Stephanie who is now an official spokesperson for them.

I wasn't surprised Trump picked Brandy but during the final event her team messed up a couple of things, the prizes/gifts were poorly chosen, (apparently a $400 golf club set is cheap and tacky, lol), they totally missed the opening announcements where they were going to have Kathy Griffin do a welcome, and actually missed Trump arriving I think, plus they only gave Trump a threesome on his golf team (although they remedied that on the back nine).

I wonder if the whole thing didn't have something to do with Clint going over-budget because of the misspelling of Minneli's name.

Though, Brandy's speech about wanting to work with Trump's kids was priceless even though her golf tournament was ripe with errors.

Let's be real here. Trump loves to hire beautiful, intelligent women! Brandy clearly fits that description so the choice was not hard for Trump.

I can't believe that he picked Brandy. It looked like she messed up on most of her teams tasks in the golf tournament. She even missed the start of the tournament. She miss handled her talent, picked the wrong gifts, didn't have the photograher there on time and somehow didn't put enough people in Trump's golfing group. Clint mispelled Liza Minnelli's name but was able to get it fixed and used the word y'all too much. It looked like a home run on everything else. I honestly don't know how he could have rationally picked Brandy. The only conclusion I can see is that she was picked for her looks.

Like someone else mentioned, outcomes like this are probably why the show doesn't do well in the ratings. It makes me wonder why I even watched it. Next time I think I'll look for something not as insulting to watch.

I was just trying to come up with any reason that would explain the choice. Clint had Brandy beat on everything. The outcome just did not make sense. A better answer would have been just "no" or even maybe that she would never conduct that kind of behavior in a professional situation. I just can't imagine answering that question the way she did. It was fraught with suggestive meaning. That kind of thing makes it harder for women to be taken seriously. But then I am assuming that this show is serious about work performance. I think the result proves otherwise.

Clint was obviously the better choice but Brandy talking about wanting to work with the younger generation clinched it I believe. I think that between that comment and the one a couple of weeks ago when she said that she liked older men gave her the edge. I've seen all of the season's and she is the first one to win and make all those mistakes in the final challenge.

I liked the ending for the most part. I felt cheated though without Clint's ride and comments in the taxi. And the followup on how he is doing now.

I don't know if I will be watching The Apprentice anymore. Maybe if there is nothing else on that I care to watch. That is why I watched it this time and that's probably why it was in that time slot.

I liked Clint. I hope he is doing well.

It ended so fast with out Clint's comments too. Since it was not live they could have added them. Do we even know where she is going to be , usually we know that too.

I just watch it from last night. I can't believe Clint didn't even get a chance to talk in the end unless somehow that didn't tape???

I was never very impressed with Brandy's performance throughout this season so I was quite surprised (and disappointed) by the outcome.

I thought the ending was kind of abrupt too. Everyone else who was fired this season got a little update segment about where they are now.

Not only did Clint not get that, but he didn't even get to go back to the suite to celebrate with everyone who was fired way before he was!
