Applebees -Veterans Eat free

Check your local Applebees as I didn't hear the whole comercial.

Current service men and women and Veterans eat free on Veterans Day at Applebees.

Our Pizzeria Uno, and a local breakfast shop are also doing this. I told my dad he has to make the rounds but can eat out all day.

Makes me sad though that currently deployed can't partake. I was going to ask the local place for an IOU for a friend when he returns.

It is a very limited menu and does not include any beverages and does not provide a gratuity to the server.

There are only six items available:

Three-Cheese Chicken Penne
Fire Pit Bacon Burger
Fiesta-Lime Chicken
Chicken Tenders Platter
7 ounce House Sirlon (and the smallest Sirloin on the regular menu is 9 oz)
Oriental Chicken Salad.
