Apple Stroller no more accessories??

We have rented from Apple Stroller before and were able to call and have them add a rain cover and a parent console. When I called about our next rental they said they didn't offer accessories, are others being told the same or am I getting someone who doesn't know what they are talking about?

Trying to figure out what we should do. Thanks in advance for any help!

Interesting to know. I have a reservation for May but I need to call and ask some questions about a split stay and rain cover. Looks like I may be using another company if this is the case

I was able to reserve a parent console for my trip the last week of September. I don't know about rain covers though.

This bums me out. We used them in Sept and had a great experience with them and were going to rent again. But if I can't get the console or rain cover, I'm going with someone else.

I found some on amazon. I could buy one and still come out cheaper renting from apple than using another company. Ymmv but something to consider. Also, we have used them in the past but I have just used a super cheapie poncho from the dollar store (the ones that are two for a dollar) with a few clothespins and its worked out great. I just throw the poncho away and use a new one for the next time. No wet rain covers to deal with.

That's such a bad business move. Parents want/need the parent console and a rain cover just in case and will have no problem opting in with a different rental company that offers stroller accessories.

That's what I thought, but I couldn't really imagine not having that on a stroller, so I thought maybe it was something else.
