Apple Pie Caramel Apples

I need that recipe...I bought them in Pooh's Corner when I was there a few weeks ago and they are SOOOOO yummy. Should I have asked for the recipe-would they give it to me? All that sugary goodness is making my mouth water. I bought three to take home with me!!

I'd like to make them for Halloween...does anyone know the recipe, or where I can get it? I googled it, but found nothing.

I'm not sure about the exact amount of the ingredients you need, but I know that it's consisted of an apple, white chocolate, and ghram cracker crumbs, or was it brown suger, or was it both? I can never remember that part. I just eat it.

I would love the recipe too! My niece and I are addicted to those things! I think it's caramel, white chocolate and then graham crackers and cinnamon and sugar, but I doubt I could make them the same!

I tried the one from there (there is one in my local mall) and I didn't like it at all! It tasted nothing like the one from DL, at least to me.

They are about $6 with tax. You can get them on Main Street as well as the candy store in DTD (Marcilines sp????) and the candy store in Greetings from CA in DCA!

We always stop on Main Street on the way out and get one to share back in the room! YUM!!!!

Just a quick note, make sure you ask them to slice it for you. So much easier to eat that way. Sorry, no pics, by the time I pay and get outside half the apple is already gone! LOL Between DD8, DBF and myself we can clean one of those things up in seconds....LOL

Good tip! I would have never thought to ask, and actually added a paring knife to my packing list. I can take that back off now!

Oh, they will slice it for you? Good to know! I've never tried one of the dipped apples at DL since i've never wanted to deal with trying to eat a gooey apple on a stick but my MIL often buys a certain brand of them through mail order at Christmas and we always slice them up and share. But now that I know DL will slice it for you I might have to try it!

They won't always cut it for you, which makes me mad! If it is really busy, they won't, so try not to get one at the very end of the night, like we often do! We do have a knife back in our room though!!

Yeah, the CMs would just ask us if we would want a plastic knife.
Cutting it yourself is really hard.

We bought one from Pooh's Corner along with some other goodies, and they would just give us a plastic knife. I asked if she would cut it but she said no. Oh well, it was still good!
They are my favorite of all the apples, and for some reason it's not as rough on my dental work either which is nice.
