Apple Education Discount Question???

I know a some have purchased through apple's educational discount program for students. I can't find that thread anymore. Anyway....
DD wants to order a video ipod, but I can't figure out how to get the discount. (she's in high school by the way) I clicked on the education link. Went to shop online, put in her schools zip code. When it comes up it says for qualifies for board member, PTO/PTA members, staff, etc. nothing about students. Am I at the wrong spot? I'm hoping someone can walk me through what they did?

Here's the link but Apple's educational discounts apply to College/grad school students or teachers/faculty of all schools.
