Appitizer and Dessert

If we are only the Deluxe Dining Plan, can we order any dessert and app off of the menu at Kona?

On the deluxe dining plan, your TS meals include an appetizer, and entree, a dessert and a nonalcoholic beverage.

While there are a few restaurants that exclude or restrict a couple of things, Kona does not appear to be one of them.
