We'll be on the deluxe plan in Dec. Can you get the flatbreads as an appetizer for one person with the plan or does it actually have to be one of the appetizers?

As far as I know, despite them being listed in under a separate heading, the flatbreads are appetizers. Same thing with soups and salads (even though you didn't ask about those ).

You should be fine.
