Appetizers and drink inthe WOrld SHowcase??

Hi All,

DH and I will have a date night this trip (MIL will be with us and will watch the kids one night while we go out! ) We've been to the World Showcase many times with the kids and love it, but we can't wait to spend an evening there as just the two of us!!

We've picked a late dinner at Bistro de Paris, and will stop at the Rose & Crown at some point for a pint, but I was wondering where else would be a good place for some appetizers and/or a drink earlier in the night. Counter service would be fine, too. We love walking around and we love all kinds of food.

Any suggestions? I really want this to be an awesome night for my DH (and myself !

Try mexico the outside cantina, margaretia's by the lake

All of the countries have thier unique charms, I'd say stop for a drink at all the countries, but you might not be able to make it up the stairs to the Bistro!LOL

Ahhh, yes. Thanks! I forgot about that one. One time we had a PS for the ice cream social for our little ones, and they fell asleep in the stroller shortly before the PS. We were all in a tizzy, what should we do, can we wake them for the PS, will they be cranky...and then it hit us, let them sleep and head straight to Mexico for margaritas!! What a great idea. And boy did we laugh at our selves for even *considering* waking them!!

My first thought was also margaritas and nachos by the lake in Mexico. That is one of my favorite things to do at Epcot! I know my brother and sister-in-law love to stop for a beer in Germany as well.
