If I book a room using the APH rate, can I check in to the hotel before going to the park to purchase my annual pass, or do they require you to have the pass in hand prior to checking you in?

I think that as long as you show it to them at some point you will be fine. Don't mention it unless they do. Sometimes they don't ask.

The only time they ask, for my DL, is when I book the Florida Resident rate. I have booked the AP rate many times and never asked to show it yet.:thumbsup2

I know someone who purchased the AP and called to book RPR on AP rate. Reservationist asked him for his AP number and he told the person he just purchased it, didn't have an AP #. She then asked him for his confirmation # from the purchase to book the AP rate. I had never heard of that before, but they are really good friends and I trust every word.

Wonder if this is something new they are starting? Or, it was just that reservationist?
:confused3

I purchased an AP in October 2009, and wanted change my November 2009 RPR reservation to the AP rate. I also did not have the AP yet, since I was picking it up at the Park. I also had to give my confirmation number to make the reservation. Maybe it's a relatively new policy?
