What are your opinions about Universal's Preferred Annual Pass?

I am considering buying one to get the second year free. So far I see that it will save us at least $24.00 in parking for three days.

Are the other discounts in the park worthwhile?

You get a 15% discount on food in the parks, discounts on merchandise, and incentive to plan a return trip before your APs expire. :hyper: Overall, I think APs at US/IOA are a great value.

I got one with a two year deal last September, and it's been a great source of saving. On rooms alone, it's been great,, but the discounts on merchandise in both parks, food, and tickets purchased at the gate, really has paid off. To check the discounts on the hotels, type in APH and compare the prices without it, versus with that discount. I posted all the discounts earlier on another thread, will find it and paste it here for you. The discounts in the shops and restaurents alone makes it a great value for us.
